For our Client, international consulting company, we are looking for the person for the position of Head of Office Management.
The person on this position will cooperate closely with management and employees and align business objectives within them. The major duties on this position will include: HR management issues in terms of personnel files administration, recruiting, on – boarding, development processes, quality assurance, year-end processes including bonus awarding, salary development, and feedback collection/discussions. In addition the person on this will be a direct support to Financial department in terms of managing ordering systems, supervising budget expenses, preparing cost analyses, cooperation with external providers and other topics. This person will be also responsible for organization business and social events within the company and creating company culture and other inter-office projects.
Head of Office Management will manage the group of c.a 20 employees.
This role requires at least 10 years of experience on similar position within international company, fluent English and Polish, high university degree and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point is a must). In addition we require from Candidates excellent managerial skills, high develop relationship and natural leadership skills. The person on this position should be open- minded, communicative and on the same time have tact and diplomacy. We are looking for the person with excellent manner, reliable, flexible, well – organized with analytical skills, stress resistant, able to work under pressure and conduct multitasking projects.
