Your new role
- Creation of delivery & support department, planning of organization structure, headcount, recruitment of key resources
- Definition of delivery & support business processes, roles & responsibilities, tools and applications, implementation of best practices
- Daily management of the Delivery & Support organization, the definition of strategic objectives and key performance indicators
- Preparation and implementation of DevOps and Continuous Delivery processes and best practices
- Preparation of processes, organization, and infrastructure for smooth scale-up of business in Europe and the Americas
- Preparation of product, organization, and tools for distribution through channel partners – preparation of training and certification program and organization supporting delivery and integration partners
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in building and management of delivery and support organization for software product distributed worldwide in the SaaS model
- Experience in building and supporting global channel distribution and delivery partners – system integrators
- Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
- Experience with RPA projects and delivery of software products based on AI/NLP is a huge advantage
- Creativity, flexibility, and ability to tidy up the chaos, balancing experience and best practices with the newest technologies and business models
- Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
