On behalf of our Client, an international company which provide innovate medical solutions, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Head of Business Support Centre to join a newly established Share Service Center.
On this position you will be responsible for developing and managing EMEA Business Support Centre, building and mentoring a team (30+FTE), providing proper trainings and ensuring high level of service delivery. Moreover, you will closely cooperate with Business Support Leaders in other countries, identify and implement some improvements, prepare reports and maintain positive relationships throughout the organization.
We are seeking candidates with extensive business experience in Customer Service gained in SSC environment. Proven leadership, people and project management skills are required as well as fluency in English. Participation in migration and improvements processes will be a huge advantage. In addition, the ideal candidate should present strong analytical and problem solving skills.
