THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology, Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Bayern Germany.
Clinical Research provider focused on early development phases.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Head of Biostatistics will be responsible for leading and supervising all the biostatistical, pharmacokineticals and data management operations.
The role requires to manage other team members, suppliers and projects.
Starting date: ASAP (Freelance), Negotiable (if permanent employee)
Duration of the contract: +6 months and up to 2 years (depending on strategy/ permanent contract
There is flexibility to work 80% or to work 1 day remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directing and supervising all biostatistical, pharmacokinetical and data related operations
- Team and supplier management
- Strategy development (eClinical, modelling, simulation, statistical programming, reporting...)
- Advice clients on development programmes, study design
- Participate in Key Opinion Leader meetings and interact with health authorities
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong and relevant education
- +8 years of experience in Biostatistics & Data Management
- Proven track record in Project Management
- Previous experience with early phases development
- English skills (German not required)
