For our Client, Manufacturing company based in Swidnik, we are currently looking for candidates on the position of Group Reporting and Controlling Supervisor .
On this position you will guide a team of 2 junior specialists, manage the company SAP system (controlling module), perform the period and closing activities, govern the accounting and controlling methodologies in line with the company operating model, be a processes owner and processes quality expert.
As successful Candidate you will ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant internal control and finance policies, perform the monthly period end closing and reporting process and provide variances analysis against the approved budget, provide financial data input at standalone and consolidated company level into the group consolidation system (HYPERION) for budget, plan, actual and forecast, collaborate with ICT, manage the Cost Centers structure defining opportune classification and accounting treatment, collecting Budget and Actual operating cost, manage and runs costs and revenues allocation procedures, ensure company assets are properly safeguarded, manage and run product costing and stock/inventories evaluation, provide stock management reporting and analysis, provide on-going support to financial controllers within the operating company in respect to the budget, actual, forecast and reporting processes.
An ideal Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience (1-2 years on managerial positions will be an advantage) in Finance Department within Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering industry, be a SAP or other ERP class system user (FI-CO-PS), know controlling techniques, know accounting principles, have experience in data reporting, have good English skills (Italian as additional bonus), be a proactive and reliable person with excellent communication skills.
