Group Accounting Manager (production)
For our Client, an international organization from the production sector with a dispersed structure, I am looking for a person for the position of Group Accounting Manager.
This person will work with factories in Poland and abroad.

Description
- Support CFO in accounting and tax related matters
- Support Chief accounting officers in the various entities in all related accounting matters.
- Communicate with Entity Finance Managers in main topics and Territory Approach deployment
- Create a community of Chief Accountants for knowledge and best practices sharing
- Ensure internal and external compliance
- Coordinate with External Auditors for efficient audits procedures.
- Ensure implementation of global projects as they are decided from Group
- Deploy Territory Approach as per the guidelines and blueprints
- Organize and coordinate fast closing procedures among the entities and FP&A function.
- Coordinate and cooperate with Shared Services for smooth and optimal operations
- Ad hoc projects
- Communicate with the Global Headquarters when necessary on financial matters
- Perform Change management where necessary within Finance Function
- Ensure high performance team culture
- Be hands on and find practical solutions
Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience from multinational company on a similar position / total experience of 10 to 15 years is preferable
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- SAP knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- High analytic skills
- Good English command
- Communication and collaboration skills are essential
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and take ownership of work product
- Occasional travel may be required
