On behalf of our client, an international company, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German to join the Shared Service Centre based in the heart of Warsaw.
Customer Service Specialist will provide telephone and email support for customers regarding products and basic technical issues. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for updating systems, solving customer issues and escalating to technical support teams as appropriate.
We are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience (as an advantage) but we are also open for graduates who are willing to gain their first work experience within an international environment. We expect very good German skills, openness, motivation and willingness to learn new things. Moreover, we expect problem solving skills and a strong client focus.
