For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations located in Kraków, we are currently searching for a person interested in the role of Governance and Compliance Specialist.
Your new role
As a Governance and Compliance Specialist, you will manage internal and external audits, manage and understand current and emerging risks and issues, MI and Reporting, governance and you will ensure compliance to internal regulations and regional regulatory requirements. On this position you will assess and monitor the effectiveness of Key Controls, manage dispensations and risk acceptances. One of your duties will be managing the day to day risk and compliance workload activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure that monitoring/tracking/update of all SWA risks are maintained in the line.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate on this role you need to have the relevant experience in managing risks and audits. Also, you must have the experience on IT Process Consulting, Process and Quality Framework implementation, and MI reporting.
You should demonstrate an understanding of information governance and security concepts. Moreover, you need to have knowledge of Risk Management Framework and associated processes, risk methodologies and tools. Knowledge or working experience on batch management / scheduling tools / BMC Control-M / IMB TWSz will be useful. Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills is required .
