Global Service Administrator
Location: Warsaw
Length: long term cooperation
Job type: B2B contract
Responsibilities:
- The day delivery of one or more IS business services including the delivery of service support process, provision on advice on the best exploitation of the service/s and the management of all supporting technical services.
- Provide technical support.
- Perform defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and maintains records of relevant information.
- Analyse service records against agreed service levels regularly to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service, and initiates or reports these actions.
- Assess, analyse, develop, documents and implements changes based on request for change.
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.
- Assist with implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
- Receive and handles requests for support following agreed procedures.
- Respond to requests for support by providing information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
- Maintain records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
- Managing delivery of the Service Management processes for the service line
- Providing consultancy inputs to our business and others in relation to change programmes, new project for the service line
- Knowledge sharing within the Operations team
- Demonstrable experience, in large complex international organization of Technical Support and Service Delivery
- Broad knowledge of technology generally and Information Security technology and methodologies particularly, including for example:
- Windows Server 2008
- SCCM 2007 / 2012 / 2016
- LAN / WAN
- Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS
- McAfee
- ServiceNow
- Good planning, organization of work and communication skills;
- Pro-active approach in solution finding;
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Nice to have: PRINCE 2 (Foundation or Practitioner) and ITIL V3
