On behalf of our Client, a multinational company providing innovative cashless payments solutions, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Global Service Desk Team Leader.

On this position you will be responsible for managing and organizing work of the team of 7 employees (located in Poland and Belgium), solving escalations, collaborating and supporting other teams and maintaining high quality of customer service. Moreover, you will be in charge of implementing some improvements, preparing reports and support other teams.

We are seeking candidates with few years of professional experience in customer service area and first experience on a team leader position. Fluent English is required, additional language will be a plus.To be a successful leader the candidates should present highly developed communication skills and be able to maintain positive relationships with employees while motivate and encourage them to deliver the best quality of services
