Global Reporting Specialist will work closely with local Ricoh companies and partners across Europe and other regions to obtain data needed to support commercial and operational requirements. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have intermediate Excel knowledge, written and spoken fluency in English as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for a Candidate with experience in working with data, a process driven person, with an analytical approach to business tasks. What would make you stand out even more is Power BI knowledge.

Your new role
Global Reporting Specialist will work closely with local Ricoh companies and partners across Europe and other regions to obtain data needed to support commercial and operational requirements. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing complex reports for Ricoh global and international customers, liaising with other regions and internal stakeholders to deliver contracted reporting in line with terms or each respective contract
- Administration of the various software tools which are used to support the Global business
- Producing accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders using various reporting packages
- Identifying and recording risks and issues and communicating these to the relevant stakeholders within the account team
