Global Mobility/ Relocation HR Specialist (HR Services)

Prepare cost projections for various assignment scenarios including net to nets where required
Prepare key assignment documents
Process assignment allowances
Vendor initiation and instruction
Process billing/invoices from vendors including liaising with Accounts Payable and following internal approval process/system
Perform various controls
Tracking of all third party vendor costs
Entering and tracking of budget data
Managing the re-charge of costs for specific regions where required
Ensuing data integrity with the International Assignment Management technology platforms and the HR system
Adhoc assignment administration reporting and understanding of data
Developing and maintains working relationship within team and the global International Assignment Management function as well as partnering with various other departments e.g. HR, accounts payables, vendors etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience within International Assignment Management/ Global Mobility/ Relocation is essential
Fluency in English
Tax background preferable
Readiness to work flexible hours (8 hours working days between 7 am and 7 pm)
Ability to research and understand confidential data, find relationships, and clearly present findings to others
Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
