For our client who is a luxury Swiss brand that has its global center in the Tricity, we are looking for Global Master Data Specialist who speaks very good German and English.
Your new role
In GMD's position, your main responsibilities will be to support business in various areas of the Master Data: Finance and Controlling, Suppliers, Customers and Pricing and Materials. In addition, your responsibilities will include handling all types of queries related to Master Data, as well as ensuring a high quality level of performed processes and proposing improvement actions based on the results. What's more, your responsibilities will include active support Juniors and other team members. You will also be responsible for analyse new requirements, propose the process improvements, understanding the holistic picture and recognize and understand any impacts to system landscape. You will also actively support business within other areas by running regular reports and analysis and support the roll out of new Master Data Solutions, take part in testing as well as conduct the trainings for end users.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least one-year professional experience in a similar position, excellent communication and, analytical skills and fluency German and English. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a must. What's more, a person in this position should also have good Excel skills, VBA knowledge as a plus. We also require service orientation and service partnership attitude, strong IT and systems affinity and enjoying working with IT systems.
A person in this position should also have a flexible and agile personality with strong coordinative and organizational skills, who likes to work in an international team and work under time pressure.
