To support this strategy we have established a service center in Krakow, Poland. It is from this location that we will create and build a global shared service platform for Learning Operations that will support Zurich entities around the globe. We are at the start of this journey and are looking for individuals who demonstrate passion and commitment, to join us in this new venture.

Your role
Works with a range of internal customers (L&D units as well as business customers) to ensure administration and organization of group wide training activities (e-learning and classroom)

Job Accountabilities
  • Consults customers on all administrative aspects of training delivery and defines customer request
  • Creates and maintains learning activities in our Learning Management System
  • Performs participant management (invitation, registration, cancellation, e-mail contact, update of learner status etc.)
  • Handles e-learning content in our Learning Management System (testing, upload, administration)
  • Delivers customer requested evaluations
  • Provides reports according to customer needs
  • manage communication with participants and overall program queries
  • manage strong relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by managing their expectations through effective delivery
  • pilots execution and reviews of trainings

Your skills
  • Background in Training, Event or Hotel Business
  • Bachelor degree or experience in L&D/ trainings
  • Profound experience in the usage of Learning Management System (preferably Success Factors/SAP)
  • Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company a strong plus
  • Business fluent English (oral and written)
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
  • Good organization and coordination skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
