For our Client, international fast-growing financial organization located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Global IT Business Analyst (Finance and Banking Systems).
Your new role
Holding this position you will support implementation of strategic changes in the organization. You will be responsible for gathering and managing business requirements, documenting them and translating into functional and system design specifications. Also, you will manage changes and implementations in financial services. You will cooperate with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to have min. 2 years of experience in gathering business requirements and defining IT solutions. Also, you must have min. 2 years of experience in financial services and fluent English language skills. You should have university degree in IT or finance related field. Strong experience with MS Office tools, communication and negotiating skills are also required. Knowledge of SDLC/Agile would be your strong advantage.
