THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
You will work on a global portfolio of BI applications.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Global Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for a global portfolio of BI applications and a dispersed team. Furthermore, you will focus on the Business-IT alignment, project delivery, implementations and the global strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between global business units and the BI department
- Manage an international portfolio of BI applications and associated department
- Business-IT alignment for all SAP / Business Intelligence tools
- Project delivery of new implementations and budget control
- Knowledge transfer of dispersed business units
- Change management after new tenders / implementation projects
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage external software vendors
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience with SAP Business Intelligence
- Experience with Cognos, Qlikview, SAS or Oracle is a strong plus
- Project management experience
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools
- Management experience is a strong plus
- Analytical mind and assertive personality
- International experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
