THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will be working on globally dispersed production sites.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Global Business Analyst ERP will be responsible for the standardization of several business processes on an international scale. You will work on multiple sites in order to improve and standardize business processes (e.g. IT, Finance, HR, Sales). In order to do so you will collaborate with local functional owners. You will work together with several business units in order to standardize business processes within the production and operation environments.
Therefore we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of production processes and extensive international experience. This project will be at least 12 months and extensive traveling (>50%) is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between the Business and IT on a global scale
- Implementation of standardized business processes
- Translate local business needs into technical solutions
- Guarantee that all domains are embedded in new ERP solution
- Ensure compliancy of new ERP solutions according to international change programme
- Development of business / test cases and associated solutions
- Development of training programme for end-users
- Implementation of SOPs
- Collaboration with local functional owners
REQUIREMENTS
- Business minded consultant with experience in complex Change programmes
- International experience in the Food & Beverages industry
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
- Extensive experience with business process improvements
- Strong knowledge of production processes in the Food & Beverages industry
- Knowledge of ERP
- Experience with implementation of process and production standards
- Fluency in English and preferably in French
