Your new role
You will be managing a team of approximately 10-15 people - planning and allocating tasks, being a mentor, supervising their work, motivating, evaluating andsetting up their targets.When it comes to the process you will· focus on continuous drive to improve internal processes and procedures to reduce transactional costs and time. GL Team Leader will be also a trusted business partner to clients responsible for building long-lasting relationships with them.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will haveat least 4 years of accounting/finance experience and previous leadership experience and skills. Good interpersonal skills, focus on details, organisational skills and ability to motivate a team and build a good relationship with them are essential. You will also speak English fluently and have strong customer service skills.
