Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to be a part of Katowice Delivery Team –Global Chart of Account (CoA) and Intercompany processes.
As a member of this team you will be responsible for high end accounting services and cooperate with all parties from Capgemini and Client side. You will work in interesting and challenging environment within team of professionals.
Job description
Global CoA maintenance – supervision of the process, creation of accounts, accounts mapping for reporting purposes, accounts usage advices to third parties
Intercompany processes coordination – close cooperation with Intercompany team, support in Intercompany and balance confirmation complex cases; Client support in daily tasks
Candidate’s profile
- Accounting/financial degree or accounting qualifications
- One year of experience in GA is required
- Good knowledge of English language (B2)
- Attention to details
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
