Opis stanowiska pracy

Your future challenges

  • Provide high touch employee service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals;
  • Manage and update data in HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems where needed;
  • Perform intake of HR inquiries via case management or telephone;
  • Demonstrate broad HR knowledge, as it pertains to the various companies/countries providing;
  • employees with relevant information, policy explanation and navigation support;
  • Utilize knowledgebase and general knowledge to support issue resolution, provide counsel or identify when case escalation is appropriate;
  • Prepare documents, emails and other items as required per processes/legislation of supported countries/region;
  • Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes.

What do we look for?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or a related field is desired;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the administration and explanation of HR policies/ procedures;
  • Experience with end user employee support or other call center experience desired;
  • Ca. 1 years’ HRIS experience, preferably Workday will be an advantage
  • Fluent German with advanced English required;
  • Analytical skills with attention to details;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • High motivation and openness to learn;
  • Skilled user of MS Office.
