German Speaking Advisor
For our Client we are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:

Workplace: Czech Republic, Brno
Main Responsibilities:
•Providing technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication device
•Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times
•Handling telephone calls, elementary work with PC
•Positive communication with team members, customers and other partners
Requirements:
•Experience in a similar position is welcome
•Basic technical knowledge and skills
•Written and verbal fluency in German and English
•User-level experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems, software applications and other tools, knowledge of hardware principles and appreciation of the it environment
•Strong customer service skills (communication, analytical, multitasking and organizational skills)
•Willingness to work in shifts
•High school diploma or equivalent
