Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the growth, development and the on-going management of the SSC enitity in Warsaw.
  • Lead and direct the day to day operational management activities of the business, optimising output and delivering sustained operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsibility for developing and implementing operational plans to ensure local legislative and administrative compliance, contract SLA performance and retention whilst simultaneously identifying and supporting further opportunities for to identify and centralise more activity
  • Direct the day to day operational management and output of each of the teams, applying, as required a hands-on approach to developing solutions to operational, technical, commercial, compliance and people relatedchallenges which impact on service and performance
  • Setting direction and driving the development and motivation of senior and frontline teams. Providing leadership on all aspects of the business, operational, commercial, technical and people plans.
  • Take financial responsibility of the business area including regular review of figures to ensure cost control, and pro-actively identifying opportunities to increase contribution through margin improvement.
  • Lead the constant drive and focus to improve operational efficiency via people, process or practical measures, raising the bar on performance improvement
  • Ensure that SLAs are met, identifying any deviation and develop solutions as appropriate

Requirements:
  • Experience in tourism industry or  in a shared services, outsourcing environment + experience at managerial role
  • Excellent English language knowledge is essential
  • Performance management and team development experience
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills,
  • High profile networking ability,
  • Client relationship management skills,
  • Change management, commercial management, strategy and planning skils,
  • Law and ethics, supplier development and relationship management, contract management and development skills
  • Ability to manage P&L and budgeting processes,
  • High degree of emotional intelligence required
