- Understanding of ISO qualifications
- Wiling and able to travel up to 25% (national and occasional international)

This includes a.o. establishing business strategy, people management, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring employee engagement, cohesion and synergy between different company departments. Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in full-time management- Experience in working in a Matrix organisation
- Experience in working for a high growth organisation
- Proven track-record with multi-million P&L responsibility
- Understanding of ISO qualifications
- Wiling and able to travel up to 25% (national and occasional international)
