Your new role
The chosen Candidate will take responsibilities for leading a team. The person on this position will need to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions according to process documentation. The chosen Candidate will be also reviewing and reporting results and measure performance against Service Level Agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3 years leadership experience, strong organisational skills and ability to motivate others. The Candidate should have experience in General Ledger processes and knowledge of international reporting standards. Very good English language skills are essential Experience in SSC/BPO would be beneficial.
