Your new company
For our Client, international company from sales and services area, we are looking for an experienced, independent Accountant who would like to join well-recognized company in one of company’s branches in Wroclaw.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities; preparation of VAT declaration, CIT and GUS reports; quarterly balance sheet, P&L fluctuation analysis, budget calculation; consolidation, intercompany transactions and reconciliations; ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies; manage fixed asset. Your will be also in charge of preparing reports and financial analysis, calculating income tax payments, accounting payroll and social insurance settlements and taking part in the new accounting system implementation.
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful on this position you need to have at least 5 years of experience in general ledger area. Strong technical accounting background, knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations will be essential. You need to speak English and have higher education in accounting related studies. You need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as precision and accuracy.
