General Accounting Specialist
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźResponsibilities:
- Assistance in monitoring and coordination of yearly stock inventory process
- Monthly monitoring of revaluation-completeness and accuracy of calculation and checking exchange rate differences
- Checking and monitoring of employees expenses, advances, loans
- Reporting for internal needs of department and group,
- Fulfilling SOX requirements and preparing documentation according deadlines
- Running, monitoring and coordination of accounting operations
- Preparation of documentation package for external and internal audit
- Focus on Policies and Procedures implementation
- Review of trial balance, reconciliation and monitoring of Balance Sheet Account
- Assistance in preparation of financial statement
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in GL or R2R department
- University degree (preferable accountancy, economy or finance)
- Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP would be an asset
- Experience in processes referring to fixed assets / investments in SAP/ Hyperion reporting system
- Good knowledge of English is required (knowledge of Italian would be an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical mindset
- Proactive attitude with problem solving orientation
