For our client- BPO of a global technology company, settled in Wrocław (Poland ) - we are looking for candidates for a position of :
Business analyst
As a business analyst you will be responsible for conducting advanced analyses of operational data from various business areas in order to identify opportunities for strategies change, policies adjustment or business processes enhancements.You will build and present business cases, shape the analytical framework and methodologies and drive the campaign aimed at analytical skills awareness and usage increase on regional level. You will support EMEA management and clients’ organizations to gain completeness of insight into various business processes, alignment of analyses and successful implementation of developed business cases.
We are looking for people with master’s/bachelor’s degree in finance/ mathematics and 5 years experience in business analytics area proven by solid track of record. Moreover an ideal candidate should have the ability to build holistic framework/methodologies and facilitate roll-out of these on wide organization level. Understanding of various business processes (e.g.finance, supply chain, procurement), is highly desirable.
