Requirements:
- experience and knowledge with games production process
- 3+ years of experience with people management, in particular virtual and/or global multifunctional teams
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Games and/or Localization fields
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience driving international requirements for software products and/or gaming products
- Proven client relationship management
- Excellent leadership ability, including performance management, leading through objectives and team building
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to negotiation and decision making experience
Scope of responsibilities:
- Advise and educate clients on internationalization requirements, operational processes, turnaround times, and cost
- Collaborate with Global Development Centers for localization production of game projects, ensuring localization deliveries adhere to required schedule milestones. Manage project/account metrics, incl. customer specific KPI’s, SLAs.
- Act as primary contact for client regarding localization production, representing all Lionbridge Game Center disciplines – PM, QA, engineering, and audio
- Roll out new processes and process improvements within both local and remote teams, in line with Lionbridge process requirements
- Discrete project and risk management of all localization production service areas – localization, localized audio, localization QA
- Regular reporting of operations issues to Client Service Manager and appropriate Lionbridge stakeholders.
- Work with other GPDs/PM Managers and the extended management team in process optimization, sharing “lessons learned”, metrics etc.
- Manage compliance with Lionbridge process requirements: LEO, localization best practices, etc.
