At the very heart of our organization, the Operations Division is responsible for delivering premier settlement and related services to our clients. Starting your career in our Operations Department will give you a unique background about how the global financial system works.
Your part of the deal:
You can play an important role by taking good care of all valuable tasks. As such your key responsibilities will be to :
- Manage the collection of information and the notification of events
- Take care of all the aspects surrounding a dividend event
- Build external relationships with agents and depositaries
- Answer client enquiries and providing continuous support on Dividends Services
- Develop product or market-specific knowledge
- Resolve complex issues and ability to expand knowledge beyond the boundaries of the team
- Cope with change and to strive for constant improvement and innovation in the team
- Have a critical view to challenge processes
Your profile:
To be a successful candidate you must be:
- Student or Graduate (a degree in Finance is an asset).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), our corporate language.
- Knowledge of an additional language is a strong asset.
- Up to 1 year working experience (with a Financial institution is an advantage)
- Punctual and flexible in terms of working hours (special working schedules between 8.30am and 7.00pm).
- Accountable for your actions and decisions.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Able to deal with deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
- Due to the nature of our business, excellent organizational and communication skills are also required together with risk awareness.
