Fund Operations/Finance Manager (m/f)

Client Details
For our Client, an international Investment Fund, we are currently looking for a strong individual, experienced and ready for new challenges for a position of Fund Operations / Finance Manager.
Description
- Manage short and long-term financial budgeting and forecasting
- Oversees and is responsible for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting activities (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements) for the Fund
- Provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analysing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
- Provide key support to the operations to guarantee profitable growth: financial/strategic planning, identification of business drivers and KPI's, recommendation for actions, etc.
- Liaise with the Funds' headquarter finance team, auditors and other external advisors
- Responsible for reviewing documentations, compliance materials, funds' investment activities
- Responsible for post investment business review
- Support whole process of communication with the Fund, investors and third party advisors
Profile
- A qualified professional with minimum 5 years of representative experience on similar position
- CIMA or CFA will be an asset
- Minimum 6 years of professional finance experience gained in an international/ private equity environment
- Knowledge of private equity partnership accounting and finance
- Profound knowledge of accounting, local taxes, reporting
- Experience of managing relationship on top managers and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical/quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Polish
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet tight reporting deadlines and prioritize of work to achieve objectives
- Excellent communication skills, self-starter mindset and hands-on approach
