On behalf of our client, a leading asset management and securities services company which is developing its financial center in Ireland, we are looking for a Fund Accounting Supervisor.
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for the teams’ timely and accurate completion of all client funds net asset values. You will facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations and work closely with the fund accountants. You will also assist in the development of the NAV team, setting goals and acting as a guide and mentor to direct reports and supervision of the cash, position and OTC reconciliation process. Supervisor will act as the primary dedicated contact point for clients and will ensure that their requests are addressed immediately within an agreed timetable.
A successful candidate should have at least 3 years work experience in the funds or similar industry including some experience of team management, should speak English fluently and possess a degree in a finance related discipline. The candidate should communicate effectively and have previous experience in work planning and allocation. Self – motivation and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team is also required. Willingness to relocate to Ireland is a must.
