On behalf of our client, a leading asset management and securities services company which is developing its financial center in Ireland, we are looking for a Fund Accounting Manager.
As a Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall NAV calculation process within the guidelines and procedures and ensuring necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide accurate and timely fund accounting/administration services.
Your role will involve managing fund accounting recruitment, training and performance evaluations. You will assist in the development of client relationships and will require a detailed understanding of the service requirements for Hedge Fund Administration and manage and complete client initialization and transition. You will ensure the team is providing and receiving complete and accurate data and information from all internal parties.
A successful candidate should have at least 5 years work experience in the funds administration business including 3 years of experience of team management, should speak English fluently and possess a degree in a finance related discipline. The candidate should communicate effectively and have previous experience in work planning and allocation. Self – motivation and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team is also required. Willingness to relocate to Ireland is a must.
