For our Client, a dynamically growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of Fund Accountant:
Fund Accountant with German/FrenchMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Ensuring proper accounting of transactions for Real Estate Funds
Cash monitoring for the fund accounts and the accounts of the real estate companies
Performing Fund Administration, Custodian and Transfer Agency Controls
Controlling the correct ending of operations
Preparation of statutory accounts, liaison with customers
Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
Active participation in the evolution of the department
Being main point of contact for all clients
Requirements:
First professional experience in accounting or finances area
Fluent working knowledge of English is essential
Very Good working knowledge of another European language (French or German)
Numerate and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively as a team player
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
Self-motivation and willingness to learn
