• Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff
• Recommends process, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges
• Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact in the business
• Work independently and has significant latitude to solve problems
• Maintain or create documentation reflecting all functionalities delivered throughout bespoke solutions in order to facilitate the reusability
• Analyze customer systems and service requirements
• Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans
• Write functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements
• Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements
• Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer
• Deliver customer training on the solution when necessary
  

Project Coordination

• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule and SECO roadmap
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project
• Ensure management of project controls like risks, issues and dependencies
• Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan
• Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
  

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Business/Functional Analyst (preferable in Travel/Tourism sector)
• Ability to write the documentation that describes what the customer expects of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs. Includes: specifications, user guides, High Level Design documents, interfaces documentation.
• Ability to test new functionalities (CR implementation validation) or fixes (PTR fix validation)
• The capacity to use a defined methodology, with a set of steps including: assessment of a process to identify gaps between current performance and goal performance, identification of how the process inputs affect the process outputs, list and prioritize potential opportunities to improve, and identify sources of variation. Ability to analyze data to understand the data collected
• The competences to document, analyze, trace, prioritize and agree on requirements and then control change and communicate to relevant stakeholders
• Ability to use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into their constituents parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyze problems to arrive to an appropriate solution
• Ability to develop new customer value through solutions, processes that meet new needs or existing customer/market needs in new ways
• Very good knowledge of English
