Your new role
On this role you will lead the development team on the delivery project. Part of your responsibilities will be applying “do-learn-do” agile methodology and enforcing technical standards. You will be responsible for technical quality of the application. You will need to take responsibility for design new application components or services. You will be looking for opportunities to generalize into product capabilities. You will work with project manager to identify, plan, and get technical resources for the engagement. You will be accountable for technical integrity of data integration, application architecture, data model and business rules. Creation and executing technical work tasks for projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements will be also a part of your responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this role you need to have BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 6 years of commercial software architecture and development experience, and proficiency with enterprise, web-based software technologies. Experience leading teams in agile development methodology is also needed. We required experience with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS/React and Java for app development. You need to be an expert in relational databases, multi-dimensional databases, OLAP, ETL, NoSQL databases and concepts and with SOA, web services and REST. You need to have also experience with cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Google, Azure. Experience with Python and declarative programming languages (e.g. Haskell, ML, Datalog, Prolog) is a plus.
