Location: WarsawAbout the Project: The team "Tax At Source Services" of the Tax Calculation sub-department, part of the tax solution department of Operations Solution Delivery is responsible for the tax calculation IT software. Within the Asset Allocation, Calculation & Withholding IT project, you will have the chance to play a key role in the development of the new Tax at Source Service application.
Our team: The “Tax At Source Services” Team within the Tax Solutions sub-department is responsible to provide the tax calculation software for the US Withholding tax reporting to the US regulator (IRS) as well as 1042-S reporting to Credit Suisse clients.
The team members of the implementation team are all very experienced in business analysis, requirements engineering, agile methodology, development and testing.
Team members are from different nationalities and countries, working as part of a Scrum team.

Opportunities: Experienced and enthusiastic Java Developer with a proven track record to join our SCRUM team Tax Calculation in the Client Solution domain within SUB IT Back Office Solution Delivery. Within the Asset Allocation, Calculation & Withholding IT project you will have the chance to play a key role in the implementation of state-of-the art GUI’s for our clients in Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Takeover the already existing Tax AT Source Services (TASS) GUI
- Maintain and enhance the TASS GUI
- Design of new Java GUI’s
- Implementation of new Java GUI’s
- Performing Unit Testing of Java GUI’s
- Support test team in performing SIT and UAT testing
- Creation of user documentation regarding GUI handling
- Maintenance and implementation of enhancements of all GUI’s for the Tax at Source Services Product
- Trouble shooting and bug fixing
SKILLS
MUST
- Excellent software engineer knowledge (> 5 years) in GUI development and business logic components
- Recent hands-on experience in Java (or CS JAP), Angular 6+, Bootstrap, Java EE, REST-Services, JSON, JAX-RX. JUnit 4.x, EJB 3.x, JMS 2.x, JPA 2.x, Spring/CDI, Spring Batch, Oracle DB 11g (SQL and PL/SQL), DB2, SOAP-WS, XML, JSF 2.0, Web-Services and Weblogic
- Tools: Maven, IntelliJ, SVN, GIT, JIIRA, Postman, SoapUI, Eclipse IDE, PL/SQL Developer
- Knowledge of securities, single accounts, bookkeeping would be an asset
- Well-structured and analytical thinking personality
- Good communication skills in English and/or German (spoken and written)
