Support customers and sales teams in assigned country with order processing, general queries, stock level information, credit information, logistics and basic product information etc. with the objective to strive for continuous improvements within the company and maximized customers’ satisfaction.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Order Processing:
• Be responsible for handling of purchase order requisitions in SAP system interface
• Interact and proactively liaise with customer regarding orders management. Support the initiative to promote online ordering;
Other Customer Support:
• Provide 1st level general pre-sales and post-sales support; assure proper escalation to the 1st level technical support if needed. Scope includes product price & availability, product selection and/or information, product warranty and policy information, product substitution, answer question on catalogue knowledge, support on on-line self service tools (Customer Care Centre App, EDI, WEB customer portal, etc…);
• Answer the incoming e-mails, web based tickets and prioritize the needs of customers’ support.
• Receive all customer complaints, respond or escalate to the relevant bodies within the company as well as follow-up the cases till the final resolution. Manage none-technical returns.
• Actively modify/update/create customer database (CRM, SAP, etc…).
• Proactively search and learn about new products, technologies and applications;
