Front-End Developer
Location: KATOWICEYour opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced front-end developer with excellent UI/UX skills to join our application teams working in the Agile way on digital services we provide to our Clients. You will join 6- member Scrum team working in .Net Core/React/AWS tech-stack in 1-week-long iterations on digital platform that our Clients will use to analyze their network traffic and interact with us on the service we provide to them. Responsibilities:
- Translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs;
- Developing new front-end features in React;
- Writing unit, integration and automated UI tests;
- Maintaining and enhancing existing features in React;
- Fixing bugs found by development team and end-users;
- Creating intuitive, efficient, consistent and beautiful user experiences;
- Collaborating with other team members in the Agile way to get things done as a team;
- Following best practices and standards agreed on with architects;
- Analyzing and defining improvement areas in the systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 or more years of experience in developing web applications;
- 1 or more years of experience with React;
- Excellent skills in HTML5/JavaScript/CSS;
- Desire to design and develop great user experiences;
- Experience with creating wireframes and mock-ups;
- Basic understanding of back-end development (including relational databases and SQL);
- Understanding and working knowledge of software design patterns;
- Working knowledge about automated testing (incl. unit, integration and automated UI tests);
- Experience with git, AWS and CI/CD tools;
- Excitement about the DevOps culture and the Agile mindset;
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Very good command of English and good communication skills.
