Prestigious SSC in Cracow is currently looking for Candidates with French language skills to join multinational E-Channel Team.
While working at this position you will be responsible forhandling customer calls and implement e-channel projects following company procedures, leading of process customer documentations, providing high quality services and relations with stakeholders while resolving various inquiries, taking initiative to complete necessary research to solve the problems, directing the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
To be successful in this role you need to have very good command of French and English (min.B2).You should have a great communication skills – oral and written, strong problem solving skills, ability to build good relations with people, lots of enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Knowledge of e-channels is an advantage.
