French and English Speaking Consultant
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our clients located in Kraków, we are looking for French Speakers who want to develop professionally in global corporation who strongly value every employee.
Job responsibilities:
- client support,
- monitorring issues in the system,
- solving basic problems or forwaring them to propper team,
- contacting clients in French and English languae,
- responding to customers emails,
- collecting documentation, taking care of all known customers issues
We are looking for:
- people motivated to work in a team;
- people who know fluent French (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2);
- people with 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service/Accountancy/Voice Customer Care/O2C;
- people who want to work in Kraków, in a big and stable company.
