Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Carmarthenshire United Kingdom.
The company is a major international player in the food & beverage industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Freelance Quality Consultant will assist the site in Camarthenshire with the BRC certification and audit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the BRC certification process.
- Give trainings to staff.
- Assist the BRC audit.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience within the food & beverage industry.
- Experience with ingredients (B2B) is an asset.
- Experience with BRC, BRC7 preferred.
- Experience with retailer systems is an asset.
