THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
It concerns an organisation that has approximately 600 employees in Belgium. The company has several production sites in Europa and Asia.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a Freelance Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for analysing technical bottlenecks and problems in the production process. Your aim is to increase reliability of installations and reduce production costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll coordinate the engineering team concerning maintenance tasks and technical issues.
- You will evaluate installation performance and design a maintenance plan that shifts the focus from corrective to preventive maintenance.
- You’ll support the maintenance organisation regarding improvements, malfunction-analysis (RCA) and projects.
- You will perform Task Risk Analysis (TRA) to ensure that safe work execution is guaranteed.
- You will keep up with technical documentation.
- You’ll report to the Maintenance Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have relevant work experience as a Maintenance Engineer
- You have strong analytical abilities and are passionate about technical issues
- You have good interpersonal skills
- Dutch, French and English Communication
