Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
This client is an ambitious, continuously growing organisation. They value development and improvement and seek an entrepreneurial spirit in their employees. They are looking for someone to join in and grow with them. Independence is importance, so now they are looking for a freelancer to share their key account management experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You bring sales expertise and as such strengthen the market position. Dealing with both existing and newer customers, you're an expert of key account management and know how to bind people to you and your product. You will be the first point of contact for existing Key Account Managers aimed at the Belgian and Dutch markets. For this, you speak Dutch and French. Pro-activity, a willingness to teach as well as learn and a strategic mindset are key.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• negotiating with clients
• cross-selling and developing existing business
• being the first point of contact for junior key account managers
• strategic planning regarding market development
• discussing the year plan and commercial strategy
• coordinating action plans
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Commerce, preferably a Master
• minimum of 5 years of Key Account Management experience
• fluent Dutch and French
• commercial mindset
• persuasive, ambitious and strategic personality
