On behalf of our Client, developing European Shared Service Center, we are looking for Fraud/Risk Team Leader with German.
A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, meeting Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations, supporting daily operations and audit support. The Team will maintaining best practices to guard against and reduce financial fraud and crimes against the organization and its customers, resolve fraud related issue in compliance with local and state laws and regulations and maintaining case management system for tracking of fraud cases and relevant information. As a Team Leader you will also responsible for managing a team, including coaching, feed-back and training of team members on a daily basis as well as motivating the team and driving continuous improvement of the processes and activities. In this position you will also have an opportunity to expand your knowledge of different improvement projects.
To be successful in this role you should have Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with 5 years of relevant financial experience in a multinational environment. Professional experience in team management (hiring, training, motivating) is required as well as excellent customer service skills. We're looking for someone who is deadlines oriented and has high developed organizational skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access). You need to speak fluent English and German.
