For our Client, new start-up organization specialise in retail area, we are currently looking for a candidates with fluent English, who would like to join Fraud team in Cracow.
Holding the position of Fraud Associate you will be expected to investigate and research on risky and rare activities in customer orders and accounts. Additionally you will handling with external parties to verify if order is legitimate. Moreover you will be responsible for dealing carefully with confidential data.
To be successful in this role you will need to have fluent English as well as at least one year experience on similar position (especially in Fraud or AML area). Moreover you should have excellent communication & problem solving skills and strong business focus. Knowledge and understanding of fraud industry business operational concepts is asset (clients offers trainings).
