For one of our clients we are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their SSC in Kraków
In your job you will become a part of international team and start handling researches on anomalies in customer orders and accounts, rewieving flagged orders in the internal system and investigating any of suspected or actual fraud (including contact with the external parties such as banks and cardholders).
We are looking for candidates with background in Fraud/ AML/ KYC/ Customer Service or similar, with advanced English (C1 level) and proficiency in MS Excel.
To succeed you should be hold excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to handle escalated issues, be able to work under pressure of time and demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and properly decision orders.
