Your next role
Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overall operational management of franchise business outside Poland, in numerous international markets. The main duties include defining comprehensive operational standards for franchise stores (e.g. customer service level, VM, product management & logistics, ways of contact with the Head Office), as well as building effective, long-lasting relationships with the franchise partners. Franchise Operations Manager will be also responsible for executing the defined strategy, close cooperation with internal stakeholders, as well as supporting new store openings.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
We're looking for Candidates with solid experience in franchise/ wholesale business, most preferably in fashion/ accessories/ beauty sectors, with good knowledge and understanding of most effective ways for building relationships with franchise partners. The perfect Candidate should be very proactive, independent, with hands-on approach, willing to take over the initiative and responsibility. Fluency in English and being open for frequent business travels are crucial.
