Responsibility for successful launch of new lighting products by achieving manufacturing plant expectations, manufacturing controllable financial commitments, customer quality and delivery requirements. Leading Forward Model Manufacturing engineering team to achieve cost, quality, timing and customer satisfaction deliverables. Controlling of New Program Manufacturing assumptions including Investment & New Technology. Development & Implementation of Standard Launch Timing for Manufacturing Readiness. Lead Manufacturing Feasibility engineering process through (AAA) through TDR & AAA. Implementing & assuring success of Low Cost Tooling (including prod location and specification aspects). Managing Initiatives for Equipment Re-Use and cross-loading. Lead implementation of Process Standardization. Leading communication of issues and resolutions with excellent up, down and across communications to all functions/departments in VLS- Lublin plant. Managing Overall Completion of Manufacturing VPDS Deliverables. Managing&Approving Launch Cost Expenses to Budget. Oversee Capital expenses to meet/exceed Budget. Controlling for Scrap & Labor to Program Budget
Client requires Bachelor/Master degree – Machinery, Economics, Technology. Apart from that f luent English (written and spoken), min. 5 years of experience – manufacturing/engineering, time management, priority setting, planning and organization skills.
As a person candidate should know how to manage stress, be good at developing negotiation & presentation skills, has willingness to learn and ability to teach others. Apart from that seeking feedback. providing feedback, actively searches for improvement opportunities, has capability to delegate, motivate and be focused on customer.
