Our client is a professional Agriculture and Chemicals organization, based in Belgium.
Our client is a frontrunner in sustainability, providing biological crop protection products. The company is highly specialised in the market and growing at an unprecedented pace. Their ultimate goal is to help provide for safer production of healthier food.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As formulation lead you will be leading the company into new areas taking the business to the next level. You are expected to develop and evaluate formulations together with a small team.
At the moment the company is looking to apply its products on other crops and also improve its storability to accommodate their clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring development and testing of new formulations;
- Small-team management;
- Building a long-lasting relationship with service providers for formulations and testing.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in chemistry/biochemistry or similar;
- Knowledgeable in the formulation of crop protection products;
- Enthusiastic and motivator with a passion for the business.
