Experienced Financial Controller needed to join newly opened SSC in Wroclaw and manage the team of finance specialists.

Your new role
On this position you will support the DACH region for the accuracy of the monthly financial results of consulting practice as well as for the performance analysis and the forecast process to ensure both revenue and margin are predictable. You will challenge the performance both operational and financial looking at the revenue and margin drives: pipeline, backlog, project health and profitability, revenue recognition as well as utilization, subcontractor usage. You will also be in charge of preparation of annual budget as per corporate guidance and timetable. This position also requires management of the team of two financial controllers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your Accounting or Finance background will be essential for that role. Min. 5 years of experience at the similar position, university degree and fluency in German and English will lead to your success. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports and appropriate attention to the details will be essential as well. We will be happy to see that you are self-motivated team player who is not afraid of new challenges.
